The visit to the daycare center was great. We have a packet to fill out but Elena is definitely going there. They have good staff retention, the director has been there since 1991 and is still enthusiastic about the children, and I like the infant room. Each baby has their own assigned crib, cubby, and diaper basket. They get read books, go for walks in the multi-baby buggies, play with the ton of toys, and take naps as needed. I'm really happy with Elena going there.

I went through three tubs of clothes and cut it down to about a tub and a quarter. I haven't gone through the other bar of the bedroom closet yet.

This afternoon's to do list:

  • drop bags of clothes at Salvation Army

  • open joint checking account for childcare funds

  • decide what to make for dinner

  • nag Marc into doing more laundry

  • clean the kitchen
