It was 88F in Elena's room when it was time for her to go to bed so I put her to sleep in the cosleeper in the living room. When it came time for me to go to bed it was still around 90F in my bedroom so I slept on the futon. Apparently it was still too hot to sleep in the bedroom when it was time for Marc to go to bed (I didn't really think that was possible) because I woke up at some point during the night and Marc was crashed out on the floor of the living room.

Since Elena was sleeping in the living room I couldn't do my usual housekeeping, crafting, or movie watching. I wrote three letters instead while sitting in the kitchen sipping my tea. I bet two of the people will be suprised. Tonight if things work out the same way, I'll be writing more letters.

This morning I did a quick cleanup of the downstairs since I wasn't able to last night. It's mostly in MiL shape.

I did a_treitell's baby powder trick this morning and my hair looks great.

I'm wearing a plain black shirt today so I dressed it up with a gold and faux opal necklace. My mother gave this necklace (it's really a watch) to my grandmother for taking care of me while my sister was born.

*sigh* I forgot to pack food for the day.
